Our 50th reunion is more than dinner – It’s our BIG adventure.
Back in ’75, we thought we had forever. We had plans—big dreams. The world was our oyster, and we were going to crack it wide open together.
Guess what? We’re still here. And we’ve got one more chance to prove we’re still that fearless crew.
Remember When We Were Invincible?
Let’s Prove We Still Are
Picture this: You’re sitting at home, scrolling through Facebook. Another classmate just posted about their grandkids. Another one retired. Another one… You get the idea.
Time has a way of making us forget who we are.
But here’s the thing about the Class of ’75. We weren’t just students. We were adventurers. Risk-takers. The ones who snuck out for midnight drives. Who made memories that still make us smile 50 years later?
That person is still inside you.
And your Reunion? It’s not just about catching up over rubber chicken. It’s about rediscovering that adventurous spirit. Together. One last time.
The best part? Colorado is practically begging you to be bold again.
Here are some day trekking ideas to do before the party starts.
While other reunion groups are meeting in hotel lobbies, you’ll be conquering mountains.
Literally.
Table Mountain: Your Victory Lap

Remember how we used to climb everything? Good news. You can still do it. Table Mountain is situated directly behind our hotel—three miles of pure nostalgia with views that’ll make you forget about your creaky knees.
The Cretaceous Trail Loop is perfect for proving you’ve still got it.
The whole gang can tackle it or part of it together. And when you reach the top? You’ll see Denver spread out below like a victory map. There are numerous trails to explore in and around Golden.
Your 18-year-old self is watching. Don’t let yourself down.
Downtown Golden: Where Stories Are Born

Forget wandering through another mall. Golden’s downtown is where adventure happens with your crew.
Historic buildings that have seen more stories than we have. Breweries where you can reminisce over a nice brew. Ice cream shops where calories don’t count during reunions.
But here’s the secret: The best conversations happen when you’re walking. Side by side. Like old times.
The Clear Creek runs right through downtown. People tube down it. You’ll sit on the banks, watching brave souls float by, and somebody will say, “We should do that next year.”
Next year might not come. This year is here now.

Heritage Museum: Our Time Machine
Want to see exactly what life was like when we graduated? The Heritage Museum in nearby Lakewood is running a special exhibit on music history from 1975 to the present.
You’ll walk through displays that showcase the evolution from our vinyl records to today’s streaming services. Remember when we had to flip the album? Remember when getting a song meant waiting by the radio with your finger on the record button?

The Heritage isn’t just a visit to the museum. It’s a time machine.
And you’re taking it with the only people who truly understand what those memories mean. Find out more here.
Golfing with Your Friends

Tee off with old friends at the Homestead Executive Golf Course on Friday, August 8th! Whether you’re a pro or just playing for laughs, it’s all about fun, sunshine, and swapping stories from way back when. This is a relaxed event, perfect for catching up and having a great time.
Don’t miss this chance to reconnect, laugh, and maybe even sink a birdie or two. Interested? Contact us and we’ll reserve a spot for you on the green!
Secret Spots Only Locals Know (And You’ll Discover Together)
Every great adventure needs insider knowledge. Fortunately, we’ve connections.
Saturday Morning at the Farmers Market

While the rest of the world sleeps in, you’ll be exploring the Golden Farmers Market at 8 AM sharp because the best stuff goes fast.
Fresh Colorado produce. Local artisans. You’ll find baked goods, coffee that tastes like coffee, and the best part is those great conversations that only happen when you’re not trying to have them.
Location: Downtown Golden – The market is situated in the parking lot at 10th Street and Illinois in Golden, adjacent to the tennis courts.
Saturdays: The market is open every Saturday from 8 AM to 1 PM, from May 31st to October 4th, 2025.
Behind the Scenes at Coors
Think you know beer? The Coors Brewery tour isn’t just about free samples. It’s about seeing the largest single-site brewery in the world from the inside.
But here’s what makes it special: You’re doing it together. The same group that used to go to Rooney Road for keggers.

Now you’re legal for the real stuff 6%. Now you’re sophisticated. Now you’re still causing trouble.
Tours require reservations – sign up here. Good thing you’re planning.
The Casino Adventure: Black Hawk Beckons

Thirty-five minutes from the hotel, Black Hawk and Central City wait. Historic mining towns are now gaming paradises.
These mountain casinos are not Vegas. Nestled in the beautiful state of Colorado, many think they are better. Real history. Real mountains. It’s a real chance to feel like the risk-takers we once were.
The casino shuttle by Ramblin Express, conveniently located right at the Federal Center, makes it easy. The mountain scenery makes it memorable. Your classmates make it legendary. Learn more here.
The Clock Is Ticking (But The Memories Are Forever)
Here’s what I know about you, Class of ’75. If you have not signed up yet… You’re thinking about skipping.
“I’m not sure I look good enough.” Nobody cares.
“I’m not sure I’ve accomplished enough.”
You survived 50 years. That’s everything.
“I’m not sure I’ll have anything to talk about.” You will. Trust me.

But here’s what you’re terrified of: Regret.
The regret of not taking this last chance. The regret of not seeing who we’ve all become—the regret of not taking this opportunity. Your classmates are hoping you’ll show up.
Because that’s what this is—our last BIG hurrah.
Last big chance to be young together as a group. Last chance to prove we’re still that unstoppable crew. Last BIG chance to make memories with the whole Class.
One classmate almost didn’t come to our 45th-anniversary party. Almost. “The best decision I ever made,” he said afterward. “I got reconnected with people from our Class I never really knew, and now we’re like best friends.”
Your Move, Class of ’75
We are ready. The adventures are waiting. We can not wait to see you there.
But here’s the real reason to come early and stay late:
Because 50 years from now, when we’re all gone, someone will find our reunion photos. They’ll see faces lit up with laughter. They’ll see friends who chose adventure over comfort.
They’ll see people who refused to grow old quietly.
They’ll see us.
The Class of ’75. Still invincible.
Still together.
Still proving that some things never change.
