Legal Notice – Lakewood High School Class of 75

By signing up for or attending the Lakewood High School Reunion event or activities, I release and agree to hold all Lakewood High School classmates, all event attendees, and the event venue harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that any act may cause, or failure to act of the Lakewood High School classmates, event attendees, or event venue, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with the Lakewood High School Reunion Event or activities.

I understand that this release discharges all Lakewood High School classmates, all reunion event attendees, and the event venue from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against the classmates or event venue with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, the Lakewood High School reunion event. This liability waiver and release extends to the classmates, together with all event attendees, venue owners, partners, families, and employees.
